Mountain House's freeze-dried pilaf has a blend of wild rice, mushrooms, broccoli, green beans and red bell peppers with a hint of roasted garlic and topped with parmesan cheese.

DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARATION:

  1. Remove four (4) parmesan cheese packets from can contents.
  2. Mix can contents.
  3. Bring 3/4 cup water to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add 1 cup dry mix.
  6. Stir until mixed thoroughly.
  7. Cover. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
  8. Stir, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and serve.
